Over at Ezra’s apartment, Aria arrives to find him crouched on the floor with papers everywhere. When she asks what happened, he explains that Nicole found their book (you know, the one about her disappearance that he co-wrote with Aria). Aria picks up one of the papers to find that Nicole had written a note in the margin: “This memory of us kept me alive. I can’t tell you how many nights I thought about you and our love, and I knew that I had to be strong.” Ezra takes the paper from Aria’s hands before she can read any more, but oh man.
